Overview

Purpose of the position: –

The incumbent shall be responsible for performing Credit Analysis for corporate clients as part of Corporate Banking Team. He/she would also be providing transaction support to stakeholder and would be actively performing customer interaction as part of the role

Job Responsibilities: –

– Perform financial number spreading and credit analysis

– Prepare financial projections

– Evaluate Model Grade analysis

– Preparation of credit applications

– Credit Analysis of Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFC)

– Basic understanding of Pass-Through Certificates (PTCs) & Securitisation

– Prepare industry update

– Complete Obligor Grade evaluation

– Prepare quarterly financial updates of corporates & NBFCs

– Closing instruction responses regularly

– Additional items related to the above designated by the Team Leads, Department Head from time to time.

Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge: Financial Statement Analysis Skills: MS Excel, word, PPT

Experience: 4-6 yrs of experience as credit analyst in Financial Institution sector in a Bank/ Audit Firm/ Rating Companies.

Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / CA
