Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with a strong background in wealth management to lead a high-performing client team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible not just for acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients, but also for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of Relationship Managers. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and manage a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients by understanding their financial goals
and offering tailored investment solutions
– Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Client Partners, driving their performance and development
– Conduct in-depth financial assessments and recommend suitable investment strategies
– Ensure consistent growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) for both yourself and your team
– Maintain regular communication with clients on market trends, product updates, and portfolio reviews
– Uphold high standards of compliance and regulatory adherence in all client interactions
– Drive business growth through referrals, networking, and strategic acquisition efforts
– Foster long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and financial expertise
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience (7+ years) in wealth management, private banking, or AMC sales
– Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
– Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and mentoring teams
– Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-accountability environment
– High ownership mindset with strong internal and external stakeholder management
