Job description
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join the Finance Team. You are expected to work on business processes/improve existing processes, perform analysis, define control systems and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and lead processes in finance department
– Streamline existing business processes by developing relevant MISes
– Identify the process bottlenecks and gaps to increase efficiency
– Reduce manual efforts by identify the automation opportunities
2. Financial Analysis/ Business Finance
– Set up automated Analytics dashboards
– Work with different departments to understand business process and capture the impact on financials and financial reporting
– Identify process gaps impacting financial reporting and implementing changes to address the issues
– Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
– Drive business insights through financial reporting
Requirements:
– Aptitude to work in Corporate Finance function
– 3 years + work experience in Problem solving roles (business finance/ financial analysis)
– Strong team player.
– A go-getter. High intent of getting things done.

– Ability to make decisions based on sound logical arguments
– Exceptional problem solving skills. First principles person
