Job Description:
We are looking for talented and (i) qualified CAs (ii) experienced audit professionals to join our statutory audit team, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients and expand your professional skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As part of Statutory Audit you will be responsible for the following:
– Leading and managing statutory audits for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients including MNCs, growing businesses, start-ups, etc.
– Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
– Managing and mentoring a team of young audit executives ensuring timely completion of audit assignments.
– Providing practical advice on accounting, tax, and compliance matters to clients.
– Liaising with clients to understand and address key technical accounting matters.
– Preparation of audit reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
– Corporate Tax audits.
Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
– CA with 1-4 years core stat audit experience.
– Audit experience of Indian companies (not overseas / process audits).
– Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, auditing standards, audit documentation.
– IndAS exposure would be a plus.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
– Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
– Ability to work in and manage teams and independently under tight deadlines.
– Experience and audit skills with varied accounting platforms / ERP;.
– Proficiency in audit software, would be a plus.
