Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and commercially astute leader to head our Wealth Management business into its next phase of growth and innovation. This executive will be responsible for scaling a client-centric, digitally enabled, and performance-driven wealth platform, while actively partnering with our Investment Banking (IB) division to deliver seamless, cross-functional value to high-net-worth (HNW), ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), family offices and institutional clients.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic foresight, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to drive client acquisition, platform growth, and profitability across a multi-asset offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

– Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the Wealth Management business, aligned with the firms overall vision and growth priorities.

– Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and product development

– Drive innovation across advisory, discretionary, and alternative investment offerings to deepen share-of-wallet and client lifetime value.

– Serve as a core member of the Executive Committee, contributing to group-level strategy and cross-vertical business integration.

Client-Centric Growth

– Lead client strategy and relationship development across UHNW, family offices, business owners, and institutional partners.

– Partner closely with the Investment Banking team to originate and deliver tailored solutionsacross capital markets, M&A, and structured financefor wealth clients with complex business and liquidity needs.

– Serve as an executive sponsor for key relationships, ensuring elevated client experience and engagement.

P&L & Governance Oversight

– Own the full P&L of the Wealth Management business, with a focus on sustainable growth, cost discipline, and risk-adjusted returns.

– Acting as the primary spokesperson for the company and communicating effectively with the board of directors, clients, and other stakeholders.

– Overseeing the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management.

– Ensuring the company operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

– Ensure a robust risk management and regulatory compliance framework across jurisdictions, working in coordination with legal, compliance, and audit functions.

– Drive operational efficiency through digital transformation, data-led decision-making, and best-in-class infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

– 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Family Office advisory, with demonstrated business-building success.

– Strong exposure to Investment Banking products and corporate advisory solutions, with the ability to bridge personal and institutional client needs.

– Deep networks across HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders.

– Proven experience leading complex P&L units, navigating multi-jurisdictional operations, and scaling high-touch advisory models.

– Exceptional executive presence, boardroom communication, and stakeholder management skills.

– MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
