VP – Insurance Operations Lead – Band 2 – BPO


Role Details:

Looking for an Insurance Operating Leader

Will be managing multiple accounts; it’s not going to be a single account.

Candidates with strong exec presence, people management, client facing and delivery experience

Span: Should have managed 1000 plus FTEs.


Responsibilities:

– Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the P&C insurance division.

– Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

– Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the division’s footprint.

– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

– Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

– Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial goals.

– Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.


Qualities of Candidate:

– Person needs to have insurance/ FS background.

– North America/ US/ Global market experience

– P&C Insurance Experience/ Banking Ops

– Needs to have handled large portfolios & operations.

– Should have led some level of tech transformation

– Should have handled P&L

– Should understand people practices and all of those

– Strong experience in stakeholder management
