Overview

– Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry financing needs.

– Knowledge of supply chain finance models, trade credit, and working capital optimization.

– Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and financial advisory skills.

– Proficiency in CRM tools and financial analysis tools.

– Ability to analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and provide strategic financing insights.

– Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to lending, supply chain finance, and MSME credit solutions.- Assist clients in understanding and accessing loan products tailored for financing, fleet leasing, and working capital needs.

– Guide businesses through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.

– Educate clients on supply chain finance solutions, helping them optimize cash flow and liquidity.

– Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to structure financing solutions that fit client needs.

– Build and nurture strong relationships with Dealers, Fleet Owners, and Logistics Service Providers to foster long-term engagement.

– Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their financing needs and business challenges.

– Act as the primary point of contact for financial queries, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

– Monitor client repayment trends, working capital utilization, and borrowing behaviors.

– Identify potential risks of defaults and work with credit and collections teams to develop mitigation strategies.

– Provide data-driven insights to help clients manage fleet financing, optimize procurement cycles

– Address customer concerns regarding loan processing, interest rates, repayment structures, and supply chain finance solutions.

– Collect feedback from clients to improve lending products and supply chain finance offerings.

– Advocate for customers within the company by providing insights to product and strategy teams.
