Job Description:

Role and responsibilities including, but are not limited to the following :

a. Strategic Planning : Developing and implementing M&A strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

b. Deal Origination : Identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.

c. Financial Analysis & Valuation : Conducting in-depth financial analysis, building financial models, and performing valuations to assess potential deals.

d. Due Diligence : Leading and coordinating the due diligence process, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.

e. Negotiation & Structuring : Negotiating deal terms and collaborating with legal and financial teams to structure transactions.

f. Integration Management : Overseeing the integration of acquired companies, ensuring a smooth transition and realization of deal value.
