Job Description

Investments and Transaction Execution

– Source and analyze investment opportunities

– Conduct thorough due diligence of markets, companies, promoters, and management of potential investee companies

– Lead structuring, negotiations, and execution

– Prepare investment memos, presentations, and related materials

– Contribute to LP engagement including regular reporting and fundraising

– Manage a pool of associates and analysts through behavior modelling and mentoring to achieve fund KPIs and develop team members

– Coordinate with portfolio companies to set, achieve, and report Impact and ESG targets

– Suggest improvements to approach, processes, products, and services

Key Requirements

– 13-15 years’ experience with at least 7 years in growth capital/PE investing, preferably in climate & environment, infrastructure, clean-tech, impact, or SME investing

– Proven interest in solving complex issues and situations

– Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships; existing peer and industry network preferred

– Strong investment track record, preferably through a full fund lifecycle

– Expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, and closing processes

– Proven ability to mentor and develop team members

– Fundraising experience with institutional investors preferred
