Role – VP/ AVP – Investment Banking (M&A)
Location – Mumbai (Andheri-E)
– AVP and above in Investment Banking Division (Equity & M&A) focus on Healthcare, TMT and Infra Sector.
– We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 15+ years of expertise:
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and execute M&A transactions, equity financing, and strategic investments in the particular sectors
– Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, investors, and corporate clients.
– Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.
– Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution.
– Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions.
Requirements:
– 12- 15+ years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking with a strong focus on particular sector
– Proven track record of successfully closing deals in the sector.
– Strong financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation skills.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
B] AVP – 8- 10+ years of experience in Equity and M&A for Investment Banking
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and execute M&A transactions, including deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.
– Drive equity fundraising, private placements, and capital markets strategies.
– Conduct in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and industry research to support decision-making.
– Manage end-to-end deal execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
– Proven track record of executing M&A and equity transactions.
