Job Description:
– Reconciliation of books of accounts of investments and custodian banks.
– Managing bank/cash reconciliations on daily basis and resolve discrepancy, if any.
– Reporting discrepancies and cash balances.
– Analysing & record-keeping of the bank transactions on a daily basis.
– Execution of banking transactions and matching of bank deposits.
– Working on position reconciliation as per SLA.
– Preparation of budgets, deliver end-of-day P&L and pricing statements to management.
– Monitoring and analysing the Cash Flow and conducting due diligence.
– Identify and facilitate issue resolutions in a timely manner and escalate where applicable.
– Liaise with internal teams, custodian, banks, locally and globally, to address bank transaction and trade related enquiries and issues.
– Reconcile, monitor and post corporate actions.
– Prepare weekly and month-end reports.
– Analysing & auditing of bank accounts.
– Assisting and reviewing of draft financial statements.
– Assisting with Audit queries.
– Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all bank/trade related data.
– Trade accounting with custodians of international markets (US, LSE & Luxembourg markets).
Job Specification:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking/middle office.
– Minimum Master’s degree/CA
– Knowledge of Accounting entries & various treatment.
– Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
– Ability to be flexible and organized.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Team player with the ability to work with multiple departments
