Job Title: Relationship Manager & Advisor- High-Net-Worth

About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Relationship Manager & Investment Advisor who will play a dual role of trusted financial planner and relationship builder. This role involves developing personalized financial strategies for high-net-worth clients while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian financial market, regulatory frameworks, and client-centric advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for affluent and high-net-worth clients.
– Build long-term, trust-based relationships by understanding client goals, financial needs, and preferences.
– Proactively engage with clients to provide tailored financial guidance and address evolving requirements.
– Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell services, deepen existing relationships, and generate referrals.
2. Financial Planning & Advisory:
Conduct detailed financial assessments, covering:
– Cash flow analysis
– Tax optimization
– Retirement planning
– Estate planning
– Investment planning
– Create and present comprehensive, goal-aligned financial plans.
– Continuously monitor and review financial strategies, adjusting based on life events, market dynamics, and regulatory updates.
– Ensure portfolio optimization with a focus on tax efficiency and long-term wealth creation, aligned with SEBI guidelines.
– Take the lead on developing a tech-enabled DIY financial planning tool for self-directed users.
3. Business Development:
– Leverage existing client network and relationship-building acumen to expand client base and AUM (Assets Under Management).
– Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client seminars to enhance visibility and acquire prospects.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
– Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, CA, or NISM-qualified candidates are preferred.
Experience:
– Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management.
– At least 2 years in a client-facing role as a Relationship Manager in financial advisory, private banking, or wealth management.
– Proven track record of managing HNI client relationships and growing assets under management.
Skills & Competencies:
– Deep understanding of Indian financial instruments such as mutual funds, ULIPs, PMS, REITs, etc.
– Familiarity with financial planning tools and software platforms.
– Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
– Ability to explain complex investment strategies in a clear, client-friendly manner.
– Client-first approach with a demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term value.
