Job Title: Client Financial Partner – Digital

Education: Graduate/ MBA/ CA/ CFA

– Experience: 2-6 years of experience in the wealth management segment with a strong knowledge of selling Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and AIF (Alternate Investment Funds).

Preferences: Local candidates with relevant experience and excellent communication skills.

Working Days: Any 6 days per week, as per business requirements

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join the inbound business team. In this role, you will interact with high-net-worth inbound clients (with portfolios of – 50 lakhs and above) to provide expert guidance on our Portfolio Management Services and Mutual Fund investment strategies. Your expertise will help clients make informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients to review their portfolio holdings and provide expert investment suggestions.

– Convert high-intent inbound clients into investors in our portfolio products.

– Apply strong analytical skills to assist clients using various data points.

– Utilize in-depth market knowledge in client discussions.

– Assess customer requirements and asset distribution; communicate effectively to understand their financial needs and objectives.

– Showcase our portfolio management approach, including fund selection, investment strategies, and risk management.

– Guide clients through onboarding processes by coordinating with teams such as operations, product, and tech.

– Advise clients on tax liabilities related to fund entry and exit.

– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging further investment in our offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

– At least 1 year of sales experience in financial services such as retail banking, investing fintech, or AMCs.

– Excellent communication skills.

– In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, stocks, or PMS.

– Ability to explain complex investment methodologies in simple terms.

– High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external).

Education & Certifications:

– MBA, CA, or CFA preferred.

– NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certifications (required within one month of joining).
