Overview

Xebia is hiring for the position of FP&A Analyst based in Gurugram.

FP&A Manager- Work from office.
CA Inter/ MBA Finance (from reputed institute);
Relevant experience of 7+ years

Responsiblity:-
Management reporting:
Prepare reporting packs for monthly MIS and geographical segment reporting.
Prepare key metrics for KPIs.
Active involvement in the monthly business P&L review and variance analysis.
Prepare annual budget and forecast for respective BU’s & cost lines
Support Ad-hoc requests.
Ensure Quality of delivery and TAT.
Good in stakeholder Management.
Excel Skills-
– Design reporting models with appropriate links
– Prepare charts / graphs
– Work with large data sets
