Overview

Job Description:

– Achieve the bank’s objective in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, Net Interest Income, credit quality as per agreed/targets from client relationships across all product groups.

– Develop & maintain strong relationship with Corporate Partners. Dealing with NBFC, MF & FI Insurance.

– Handle activities ranging from identifying clients financial needs, advising and structuring the deal.

– Achieve revenue and customer retention goals by increasing client profitability through cross sell and relationship building.

– Manage existing Portfolio of 1000 Cr.

– Overall P&L responsibility for South Market (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kochi).

– Analyse competitive landscapes & market trends to map pricing strategies at regional levels.

– Focus on early warning systems, internal and RBI audits and other controls.

– Monitor portfolio of borrowers and closely track concern accounts.

– Practice and preach the values of the bank and zero tolerance for compliance or regulatory slippages.

– Manage a team of 5 to 6 teammates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Preferred MBA / CA.

– 15 years+ experience from Private Banking. Preferred from Corporate Banking.

– Familiar with regional language of South Zone.
